Great communication and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities. the location was super, right in the center of town but still nice and quiet.
Difficulties in getting promised refund and lack of communication from the hotel. Very basic and dated accommodation, not as advertised.

We liked to be here, its location and staff. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Le Bellevue that was only 10 minutes' walk away

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the village. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated their quick email replies. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything I needed. From the coffee maker to the dishwasher, it had all the amenities I could ask for. The balcony provided a stunning view of the mountains and slopes, adding to the overall experience. Another great feature was the free parking, making it hassle-free to explore the surrounding areas. The free bus shuttles, which stopped just a minute away, were a bonus and made it easy to reach the slopes and other points in town.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.

You can order fresh bred for the next morning.
The sauna and spa area is in a bad shape. Needs baddly renovation. The reception was not open in the evening when we arrived. Had to go to an other hotel for the first night!!

The location was good, close to the village, and we enjoyed our balcony with nice views. It is nice to have the ski rental shop in the hotel...we liked having ski lockers...and, the hotel was quiet.
THe hotel is outdated. It needs new furnishings, and new bathrooms, especially as a 4 star....The kitchen needs new supplies, ie. peeling teflon fry pan is distusting, and a spatula with melted plastic....The bathroom had a moldy shower curtain, and a blow dryer that 'screams' when turned on. The rooms don't have wifi..., need a better entertainment system,

The location was super convenient, being close to the ski lifts and a short walk to the supermarket and bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the fact that we got free parking on-site was mind-blowing. The swimming pool and sauna were a jaw-dropping way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The rooms had all the necessary amenities like free Wi-Fi, a kitchen with cookware, and a flat-screen TV. Plus, having a pet-friendly policy and air conditioning, if available, made our stay even better.

The hotel location in the Booked.net map is incorrect! There seems to be a mix up with Hotel Solaise, in which we believed we had made the booking. Instead, we found ourselves in this poorly located over-priced youth hostel. The place is in a horrible condition. Note that the some of the reviews seem to refer to Hotel Solaise, not to this one.

This hotel was classified as a family hotel. Still, during the nights groups of drunk younger people had very loud parties. This was not stopped by the hotel staff in any convincing way.

Great location and views of the mountains. Spacious room with fully equipped kitchen. Friendly staff and quick email responses. Convenient parking. Close proximity to bus stop and free shuttles to slopes and town.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints.

The location was good for a stay at Val d'Isere. This was the only positive feature.
The accommodation was much more basic and shabby than we expected. The bedroom, in particular, was a joke - no windows, no room for any furniture other than 2 beds and no room to walk around. The heating was also inadequate - small wall mounted heaters that did not heat the rooms to a comfortable standard. The hotel advertises 4 stars - which we cannot begin to understand - the overall impression was more like a youth hostel.

The apartment was really good, especially when compared with other Maeva PV locations. It was very clean with good facilities and a very good location. It's ideal for a couple or a young family. The staff were exceedingly friendly and provided great support. We'll be back.

I had a great time staying at this accommodation in Val-d'Isere. The location was perfect, close to the ski bus route and town center, which made getting around very convenient. The kitchen in the apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed for cooking. The service from the staff that I did encounter was pleasant and helpful. Despite some minor drawbacks such as the uncomfortable bed and the lack of amenities like a heated ski room, I would still recommend this place overall for its value and convenience.

The apartments at Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Chalets de Solaise are great! The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need, like a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. I loved having my own space to cook and eat. The living area had a comfy sofa bed and a sleeping alcove with bunk beds, perfect for me as a solo traveler.
I personally didn't enjoy the phone in the apartment. But hey, that's just my opinion - others might find it useful!
